EMP Tranny Saver
Extreme Metal Products Tranny Saver
If you own a RZR you have probably noticed that if you put the machine in park while on a hill it can be hard to get it back out of park, not only is this hard on you but it is hard on the tranny. On these bikes there should be some kind of brake that you can manually engage so you are not stressing the tranny in these situations and EMP has taken care of that with this simple and very effective item.
Once installed to apply the tranny saver you just apply pressure to the braking system by pushing the brake pedal with your right foot then you take your left foot to engage the tranny saver. To disengage simply push the brake pedal and let the spring bring the tranny saver back to the resting position and out of the way.
This is a real simple install that only requires removing and re-installing the two nuts left of the brake pedal. If it seems that you have to put to much pressure on the pedal to get the Tranny saver to engage there is an adjustment on the pedal that you can use to adjust it till it feels right. But when you adjust it keep in mind it needs to be pretty tight so don't loosen it to much. See video below.
